2. Orders & Delivery

How is my license delivered?

All licenses are delivered electronically by email to the address provided at checkout. In most cases, delivery is instant upon payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 8 hours due to payment verification or security checks.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day. Standard handling time is 0–1 business days, Monday to Saturday.

I did not receive my license — what should I do?

Please follow these steps:

1. Check your spam or junk folder
2. Ensure your inbox has sufficient storage space
3. Verify that you provided the correct email address at checkout

Will I receive a physical product?

No. All products sold on qbsave.com are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical shipment is involved in any order. There are no shipping or handling charges.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate delivery email containing your license key or access instructions. For further assistance, contact our support team with your order number.

• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally
